As a Data Scientist, you will be focusing on improving organizational marketing effectiveness by producing reliable predictive and prescriptive insights, based on advanced statistical modelling and/or machine learning methodologies and translate business problems into Data Science solutions.
Use analytical, statistical, and technical skills to understand large, complex datasets with the aim to eliminate waste and measure incrementality for clients.
Lead, Develop & improve algorithms for automated decision making around lifetime value, causality, multi-touch attribution, and media mix optimization
Determine, analyze, maintain, and report on core marketing metrics to identify causal relationships between marketing actions and outcomes.
Conduct analyses and synthesis on marketing programs to drive pipeline generation and customer engagement
Translate data into actions and recommendations regarding process improvements and helping develop performance policies and procedures
Possess advanced data analysis skills and deep knowledge of performance management principles on growth marketing.
Ability to develop a nuanced business understanding, testable hypotheses, and meaningful findings from data
Proven statistical analytical skills
Great “people skills” – to collaborate with data engineers, business management, and other support personnel
Understanding of machine-learning and operations research
Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Java or C++ is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related area)
Minimum of 5 years of analytics experience working with Marketing using large data sets and combining relevant information to generate insights for analysis.
Solid oral and written communication skills, especially around analytical concepts and methods.
