Responsibilities
Demonstrate Company’s values, maintains a positive and open demeanor and moves team through positive changes when needed
Assist with the sales and marketing aspects of pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to large enterprise-level organizations
Own and individually manage the relationships of key account relationships where necessary
Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives by fully managing a weekly revenue forecast of teams and individuals
Create and formulate new strategies to grow the business and relationships effectively
Build a high-performance team through hiring and retaining top talent; setting goals and KPIs, delegates tasks throughout team.
Develops and maintains account plans and detailed financial forecasts. Conducts accurate sales forecasts and achieves sales targets.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Responsibility for promoting a safe working environment, quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, and improvement.
Steering and contributing to the overall course of action.

Making sure that all customer expectations are met and problems are quickly resolved.
