Business Development representative - bdr

Location: Japan/singapore

As the ideal candidate, you will be looking to build a career in SaaS. This role provides the fantastic opportunity to grow with the company, contribute to its financial growth by conducting high-value calls with decision-makers. 

 

You will have a self-starting attitude and be knowledgeable of cold outreach techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hold a start-up mentality with the ability to thrive within sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying inbound leads and pass on qualified leads to the AE team

  • Think outside the box with the go-to-market strategies for the region/country

  • Implement and manage creative outreach strategies and campaigns to be used by BDRs and AEs

  • Tenaciously build a prospect list within the given verticals of the country

 

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese or Mandarin speaker and strong written/verbal English skills 

  • Knowledge or strong interest for the Mobile App industry 

  • Familiar with CRM (Salesforce a plus) 

  • Preferably 1+ year of experience in sales (SaaS sales experience a plus) 

  • Hunger to grow and succeed with a start-up mentality

  • Able to adapt quickly to business and process changes

  • Be eager to learn new things

  • Be a great team player and example to team members

Desired Qualifications: 

 

  • 1-2 years of SaaS experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
