In a Business Development role, you will help in establishing relationships with healthcare practices and build a quality pipeline for the Account Executive team. You will set up exploratory conversations with doctor offices while conducting high-volume outbound prospecting to nurture leads and prioritize meaningful conversations.
Responsibilities
Become an expert in core product value and its key benefits
Identify and build relationships with champions in target accounts
Conduct high volume prospecting to set appointments
Accomplish goals from a daily, weekly, monthly activity standpoint
Demonstrate commitment to setup quality meetings by handling objections
Partner with Account Executive and build a healthy sales pipeline
Requirements
0 – 6 months of experience in sales or customer-facing role
Great written and verbal communication
Intellectually curious and great listening skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Strong desire to grow fast and get promoted
An exemplary work ethic and grit
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of 360 sales would be an advantage
Any second language (French, Spanish, Portuguese preferred )
