In a Sales Manager role, you will build a world-class sales team by hiring, training, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Account Executives. You will set up a high-performing inside sales team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue at GrowthPlug.

 

Responsibilities

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and its various use cases

  • Hire, onboard, train and coach a team of world-class sales professionals

  • Establish clear KPIs for sales development team and account executives

  • Help team achieve goals from a daily, weekly and monthly activity standpoint

  • Conduct regular call coaching to improve sales performance

 

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales

  • Experience building a team of SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives

  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

  • Led successful sales teams in the past with a process-oriented approach

  • Ability to motivate and coach team members to surpass goals

  • Willing to get on the phone and help close deals to lead by example

  • Passionate about onboarding, coaching and managing a sales team

 

Desired Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Any second language such as Spanish or French would be an advantage

  • Team leading experience
