In a Sales Manager role, you will build a world-class sales team by hiring, training, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Account Executives. You will set up a high-performing inside sales team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue at GrowthPlug.
Responsibilities
Accurately forecast pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals
Develop a deep understanding of the product and its various use cases
Hire, onboard, train and coach a team of world-class sales professionals
Establish clear KPIs for sales development team and account executives
Help team achieve goals from a daily, weekly and monthly activity standpoint
Conduct regular call coaching to improve sales performance
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales
Experience building a team of SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Led successful sales teams in the past with a process-oriented approach
Ability to motivate and coach team members to surpass goals
Willing to get on the phone and help close deals to lead by example
Passionate about onboarding, coaching and managing a sales team
