In this demand generation marketing role, you will be responsible for delivering a healthy pipeline of sales-ready leads by orchestrating digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating customer acquisition at GrowthPlug.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-touch marketing campaigns to generate interest leveraging digital, social, direct mail, and SEM

  • Craft a creative email marketing strategy to drive a strong pipeline with constant optimization

  • Deliver high-quality content in the form of blog posts, whitepapers, educational videos, and webinars

  • Organize high impact events including social networking events, conferences, and trade shows

  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing across websites & campaigns to optimize lead capture and conversion

  • Identify metrics to track and analyze marketing success, including leads, opportunities, cost per lead, etc.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in executing B2B marketing campaigns across digital, direct mail, SEM, email, and retargeting

  • Think outside the box to identify novel ways to generate interest among our target audience

  • Data-driven, curious, and proficient in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to optimize decisions

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

  • Exceptional content writing and verbal communication skills

  • Experience at a high-growth and fast-paced B2B startup

Desired Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Minimum of 1 year of analytics experience working with Marketing using large data sets and combining relevant information to generate insights for analysis.

  • Solid oral and written communication skills
