We’re looking for motivated and driven BDRs with a self-starting attitude with the skill to outreach and qualify potential leads. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun team environment and hold a strong knowledge of SaaS/Software sales.
The ideal candidate will be coachable with an incredible work ethic and hold a strong sales record. In addition, enjoy cold-calling. Having strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box would be essential to thrive. Holding a high level of commercial acumen is an advantage to conducting high-level conversations.
Requirements:
Fully manage, research, and identify prospects through multiple outreach mediums such as Cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, Email, and Social Media presence
Generate pipelines in CRM and maintain a high level of activity of Sales and Marketing elements
Consultative sells the story of the brand to prospects on social media platforms and during consultation calls.
Hold the full responsibility of tracking customer interactions and information in CRM
Conduct high-level conversations with the decision-makers
Loves challenges whilst constantly thinking outside of the box to increase revenue
Holds an optimistic approach to targets and OTE
Holds knowledge of sales development and qualification processes
